After our boat ride and visiting the DDR Museum, it was time for lunch. We found Die Berliner Republik,
a bierbröse. It was afternoon, so their special pricing was not avaiable yet. More on that later! I enjoyed
their rib plate, and Anne devoured the Pfannkuchen (German pancakes), complete with applesauce. Some
exercise was needed after lunch, so we journeyed back down the River Spree toward the Bundestag.
