Sunday morning in Bremerhaven began with a visit to the local flea market. Just as in America, junk
is junk. We all then went to the top deck of the new Atlantic Sail City hotel. It was built to resemble
the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. After a nice lunch, we went to Kalle and Karin's home in Loxstedt to enjoy
more refreshments. That evening was the final game of the 2008 Euro Cup game between Germany
and Spain. It was an exciting match but Germany was defeated and Spain prevailed 1-0.
